What other finches can be in the same enclosure?
I will list a few of the most common, but if you have a specific kind of finch in mind, ask me about that finch. Silverbills, Spice and Parrot Finches, Zebra, Bicheno, Cherry and Star Finches, Waxbills of the genus Estrilda, and Green Twinspots are all listed as being compatible or friendly finches. I think when adding to a finch colony, it's a good idea to watch the individual bird's behavior. Not all fiches like each other. Just like people. You'll know to separate birds that pick on other birds, Thanks for visiting my site. Jeanie
