Fruits and vegetables for gouldian finches

Can you suggest what are the best safe fruits and vegetables for gouldian finches?

Should I stick to what is seasonally grown in my location, or feed the same ones all year around?

I never had a Gouldian that would eat fruit, but if you want to try, try apple and orange slices. Romain lettuce, collard green, spinach, cabbage and carrots are a few staples. Dark green leafy vegetables have the most nutrition in them. Try to use what you can get that is organic.
Good Luck, Jeanie
